We are looking for an individual who has a good standard of education including numeracy and literacy at GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent, demonstrable experience of working with young people in an educational setting and a good working knowledge of classroom management strategies.

Are you passionate about education and dedicated to making a positive impact on young people’s lives?

The team at The Snaith Schoolare looking for an individual to work as a Cover Supervisor who will play a vital role in supporting our students by ensuring they are provided with high quality teaching and learning or targeted support when a member of staff is absent or unavailable.

The working hours are from08:30am to 3.30pm Monday to Fridayduring the school term.You will also be paid for an additional 13 hours per year, to attend the September and Easter training days. Your actual salary will be Cover Supervisor scale point 1 £19936(£26716 full time equivalent)and this will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.
