Job Advert: Vehicle Banksman Required

Position: Vehicle Banksman
Location: Feeder Rd, Bristol, BS1
Salary: Negotiable
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

We are currently looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Vehicle Banksman to join our team on a busy construction site in the centre of Bristol. This is a vital role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and plant equipment on-site, working closely with drivers, site operatives, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing and guiding the movement of vehicles and heavy machinery on-site


  • Communicating clearly with drivers via hand signals or radio communication


  • Ensuring the safe reversing and maneuvering of vehicles in tight or high-traffic areas


  • Monitoring site access points and keeping work areas clear of obstruction


  • Adhering strictly to site health & safety regulations


    ✅ Requirements:
    • Valid Banksman ticket (CPCS, CSCS accredited NPORS)


    • Previous experience working on construction or industrial sites


    • Strong understanding of site safety procedures


    • Punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team


      Working Hours:

      Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm, with optional weekend work paid at 1.5x for Saturdays and 2.0x for Sundays
