Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Construction - Reading

£27k-£30k per annum (DOE) OTE £50K-£70K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

We have grown from strength to strength and following on from an extremely successful start to the financial year, we are now on the lookout for another Recruitment Consultant to join the DO team based in our Reading office.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our established accounts, working on a desk that currently has live vacancies & clients that will be handed over to you from day one. With the team having an exceptional name in Reading and reputation in the industry this will be a huge benefit to you when building relationships with new & existing clients.

Your impact/duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

  • Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
  • Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
  • 360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
  • Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
