Crynodeb
1 1. Working as part of the Special schools and complex needs nursing team. 2. Identify and assess the health needs of school aged children. To work in partnership with children and their families, and all other health, education and social care professionals to achieve the best possible health and wellbeing outcomes. 3. Provide a continuum of support according to need. 4. Working autonomously with an identified caseload. Use of AI Applications for this role should be written by the applicant.
