What you’ll do
Provide tailored behaviour support to individuals in line with their support plans
Encourage skill development, independence, and positive routines
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals
Promote inclusion, dignity, and wellbeing in every interaction
Keep accurate records and contribute to ongoing support planning
Build strong, trusting relationships with young people who may be struggling with behaviour or engagement.
Provide one-to-one mentoring and small group support to boost confidence, self-esteem, and aspirations.
Work closely with teachers, families, and external partners to create tailored support plans.
Help students develop strategies for positive behaviour, resilience, and success in school and beyond.Support pupils during transitions, extracurricular activities, and moments of challenge, becoming a consistent champion in their lives.Every day will bring opportunities to make a genuine difference, whether celebrating progress, helping a student overcome difficulties, or guiding them through positive choices for their future.

Organised, reflective, and committed to safeguarding and student wellbeing
Eager to learn, with a commitment to ongoing professional growth
GCSE English and Maths (A*-C / Level 2 equivalent).
