As a Support Assistant within the Strategy and Customer Experience team, you will provide general clerical and admin support, including verifying and inputting information into IT systems including Corporate Complaints, Tell Us Once and National Entitlement Cards and assisting with the compilation of statistical information.
You should have literacy and numeracy skills and ideally be educated to National 5 level or equivalent.
You will be IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 computer packages and have moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment. Self-motivated, you should have the ability to prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. You should have experience of dealing with the public and be able to deliver a high standard of customer service.
