Weare looking for an Operational Account Administrator. This role offers the chance to enhance your customer service skills, develop new processes, and contribute to the success of BCA as part of a collaborative team. Reporting to the Operational Account Manager, you'll provide reliable administrative support to the Online Operations Team, ensuring daily tasks are completed to meet service level agreements and KPIs. Strong internal communication and efficient stakeholder relationships are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Update systems by registering new vehicles including all service history and prepare any relevant documents for auction purposes
Responsible for the creation of digital assets to the highest quality and accuracy in relation to documentation and vehicle specification within specified timelines
High quality data input and accuracy in relation to documentation and vehicle details
Working alongside the team to ensure KPI’s are met
Checking of imaging and quality standards
Ad hoc tasks
Key Skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Including Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of DTR & ACS Reporting
Experience working in a fast paced office environment
