Children’s Home Dual Registered Manager
Haverhill, Suffolk
£60,000 base salary – OTE up to £75,600 with bonuses
A Good-rated Ofsted provider, is looking for an experienced and motivated Dual Registered Manager to lead two 4-bed children's homes in Haverhill – one brand new, the other established with a full team in place.
We’re looking for someone with:
• At least 2–3 years’ experience managing children’s residential homes
• A passion for supporting young people aged 7–17 with challenging behaviours
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards it)
• Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and safeguarding practices
You’ll lead care delivery, staff support, home development, and ensure the best outcomes for the young people we support.
