Recruitment Profile
PURPOSE
To work with the School’s SQA Co-ordinator and a team of Invigilators to oversee exams within a school environment
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organise the invigilation of exams in accordance with the SQA guidelines
Supervise training and allocation of Invigilators
Organise candidates and exam papers within the exam room
Co-ordinate receipt of exam papers and return of pupil exam papers and absence checks
Record sessions worked by Invigilators
Liaise closely with the school’s SQA co-coordinator and other Invigilators
Any other duties requested by the school’s SQA co-coordinator
Essential
HNC or equivalent qualification
