Salary £40,000 per annum.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Home Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated staff team within a 36 bedded Nursing and Residential Care Home in Hull.
The successful candidate will ensure continued provision of high standards of truly personalised care to residents. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Home Manager in a similar setting, and must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, be forward thinking and have a good knowledge of the care standards legislation.
Requirements
• Previous experience managing a care/nursing home.
• Experience in implementing improvements in services
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations.
• Skilled in staff recruitment, retention, and development.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership credentials.
• Commercially astute with an eye for occupancy and growth opportunities.
• Committed to community engagement and local reputation building.
• Able to inspire a team and lead by example
This is a full time permanent post – 36 hours per week and offers a competitive salary of c£40,000 per annum.
