About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader to lead and inspire a dynamic outbound sales team. You'll drive performance, manage training, and help your team surpass their targets, while creating a positive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of outbound telesales agents to achieve sales goals.
•
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
•
Recruit and onboard new agents.
•
Track team performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
•
Foster a high-energy, target-driven culture.
•
Collaborate with the management team to align on sales objectives.
Requirements:
•
Proven success in telesales and team leadership.
•
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
•
Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
