Post Title: Project Manager
Location: Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 23 months
Salary: £49,758 - £54,418 per annum
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: The Project Manager will support the delivery and coordination of works associated with externally funded domestic energy efficiency and renewable projects across the Highlands. This is part of a long-term programme to support the national improvements in line with the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 and statutory duties for the Council.
To provide the provision of a high quality, cost effective and timeously completed project management service in respect of all capital works and revenue projects.

Requirements
Evidence of higher education and qualified to degree level and/ or appropriate project management qualifications.
Significant experience in managing; energy efficiency projects, renewable projects and construction projects, with a focus on delivering sustainable outcomes.
