About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team. You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently, while providing the right level of care, encouragement, and practical support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and household activities.
• Encourage independence, dignity, and social participation.
• Support residents to engage in recreational and community activities.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards.
Requirements:
• Experience in care or support roles (preferred but not essential).
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting vulnerable adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends.
