- We have privileged access to the experience and data recruiting departments need.
- We recruit for all roles and grades, including Senior Civil Servants.
Our service ‘menu’ is built around customer needs, with the flexibility to take on as much or as little of their recruitment campaign as they need.

- Act as a recognised escalation point for complex queries from vacancy holders and candidates, mitigating risk and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third-party providers to support flexible and effective recruitment solutions.
- Monitor performance and quality assurance, providing regular feedback and coaching to promote high standards and consistency across teams.
- Proactively identify risks or challenges during campaigns or checking processes, escalating where appropriate, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support and develop team members, fostering a “one team” ethos, prioritising wellbeing, capability, and professional growth.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, process optimisation, and promoting best practice within recruitment and pre-employment checking services.
- Play an active role in supporting candidates with disabilities or specific needs through dedicated teams such as the Reasonable Adjustment Support Team.
