We're recruiting three Advanced Practitioners to join our Safeguarding Adults and DoLS Unit and Wellbeing Teams. These pivotal roles will lead practice, supervise staff, and manage complex cases—ensuring vulnerable adults are supported with dignity, independence, and respect.
What you’ll do:
• Manage and lead on the most complex adult social care cases
• Supervise and mentor staff, students, and junior colleagues
• Contribute to safeguarding enquiries, MCA assessments and Best Interest decisions
• Deliver high-quality, strengths-based social work that upholds legal and ethical standards
• Model best practice and support continuous learning across teams
We’re looking for someone with:
• Qualification in Social Work and registration with Social Work England
• Strong understanding of Adult Social Care legislation and safeguarding
• Experience managing complex caseloads and supporting multi-disciplinary teams
• Leadership skills, with the ability to supervise, coach and inspire others
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
