A lovely family in Notting Hill, London, is seeking a Part-time Nanny to help care for their delightful toddler and school-aged child. They are looking for an experienced, caring, and easy-going candidate with a sound understanding of child development. The role involves all standard childcare duties. While there is a strong preference for German-speaking candidates, English-speaking applicants will also be considered.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: 1 or 2 days per week, ideally 5 to 8 hours per day
Duties include:
Cook and prepare healthy meals for the children
Follow established morning and afternoon routines
Change nappies and support potty/toilet training
Assist the older child with homework and learning tasks
Teach and reinforce general life skills, including basic hygiene and good manners
Organise creative activities and arrange playdates
Prepare and serve nutritious food and snacks for the children
Assist with bath time and bedtime routines
Clean and wash up after children’s meals
Wash and iron children’s clothes, ensuring their wardrobe is well maintained
Keep parents informed by reporting daily activities and any concerns or issues
