Are you an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and commercial awareness?

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our busy Mass Market, Non-Traditional, B2B Sales & Special Sales Channel within the DK UK Sales department, and be a key member of our team.

Duties will include full administrative support to the Head of the channel, one Sales Manager and two Key Account Managers with a range of tasks, including meeting preparation involving liaising with internal departments to secure materials, gathering and ordering samples and putting together presentations using ESK, PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Other responsibilities include:

Daily order processing including communication with our customer service and warehouse teams.

Completing title submissions grids.

Running sales reports using Business Objects, SAP and Nielsen Bookscan.

Collating marketing and PR information.

If you have a passion for publishing, great relationship building experience, are a good team player and are commercially aware and driven then this could be the role for you.
