Operations Compliance Coordinator

Location: Newcastle, Hybrid working

Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am until 5pm

Main Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • To ensure all candidate files are fully compliant based on each job category / contract compliance
  • Follow all documented processes and compliance checklists to ensure accurate compliance as per each contract and job category.
  • Responsible for delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the compliance process.
  • Ability to work towards targets and manage your day effectively.
  • Ensure all systems are fully updated with all activity, all comments and actions documented to provide a full
  • audit history.
  • Deal with customers and candidates on the telephone in a professional, calm manner
  • Be passionate about people and be driven to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience.
  • Achievement of required productivity levels, KPI achievement and quality output
  • Responsible for your own learning, identifying any knowledge gaps to your line Manager
  • Ensuring that all activity complies with all Company policies, procedures and legal requirements including health and safety and employment legislation
  • Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with Manpower's values and standards
  • To ensure all compliant candidate files are successfully submitted to the Central Compliance Team right first time
  • Any other duties which may be requested by the Operational Compliance Management

Key Skills

  • IT literate including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook and all at intermediate / advanced levels
  • Able to analyse and process large amounts of data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent administration and numeracy skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Be able to work on own initiative and maintain excellent time management
  • Able to work to targets and deadlines and thrive under pressure
  • Can deal with high volumes of work and tight deadlines and is able to effectively prioritise without jeopardising attention to detail
