Job Title: Regional Plant Controller
Location: Redditch

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000


We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Regional Plant Controller to join their Plant team, reporting to the Senior Plant Controller. This role involves arranging plant, tools, and machinery for production teams across construction sites.

Our client has over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality residential groundworks and civil engineering services across the Midlands, East Midlands, and Home Counties. With regional offices and a large fleet of machinery, they pride themselves on responsive service, collaborative working, and delivering excellence to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all plant requirements for the region, liaising with Site Managers and Contracts Managers.
• Manage weekly gas, oil, and diesel supplies for plant and machinery.
• Work with suppliers to secure competitive rates and high service levels.
• Oversee miscellaneous site items, including distribution across the business.
• Coordinate site mixer requirements under the hire desk, ensuring compliance with business processes.
• General administrative support for the Plant department.


The Successful Candidate Will:

• Have experience delivering excellent customer service using product knowledge to meet programme demands.
• Be able to manage regional workloads, multi-task, and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and methodical working.
• Identify and implement cost-effective techniques.
• Build and maintain long-term external relationships.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
• Be hands-on, resilient, and professional in a high-pressure environment.
• Be GDPR competent.
• Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 16:30
