We are currently recruiting passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning disabilities in a supported living service based in Bradford. This is a 10-bed service, and you’ll be part of a close-knit team helping residents live independently, safely, and with dignity.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities
• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and medication
• Promote independence and encourage participation in community activities
• Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for residents
What We’re Looking For
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities (preferred but not essential)
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
