Location: Warwick, West Midlands
Job Type: Temporary (Inside IR35)
Pay Rate: £15.70 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per shift)
Start Date: 28th August 2025
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our Learning Disabilities Residential Service in Warwick. You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives within a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide person-centred care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
• Encourage independence, choice, and participation in community activities.
• Support residents with emotional, physical, and social needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a care or support role (desirable but not essential).
• Understanding of learning disabilities and a passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
