The power of good for Britain.Assistant HV Project Manager Location: Sizewell C, Leiston, Suffolk (5 days a week onsite).Contract: Permanent, full-time.Salary: £50,00 - 55,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.Closing date: Wednesday 3 September 2025 About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly motivated Assistant HV Project Manager to join our Site Operations Team. This role supports the mobilisation of early services and also the transition to full service provision and Operation and maintenance. You’ll work closely with the Project Managers and Principal Contractor team to ensure all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project goals.Key Responsibilities:Support the HV Project Manager in delivering NEC ECC HV Projects, including:132kV Substation build and 132kV cable routeConstruction Electricity Supply (CES) Package Substations & 11kV networkAssist with project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communicationMonitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updatesSupport monthly project reviews with the Senior Leadership TeamAssist with:Commercial and financial tasksProgramme, risk, change control, and quality managementResource scheduling and material call-offsSite safety tours and compliance What You’ll Bring:Experience & Skills:Proven experience in large infrastructure or utility projectsFamiliarity with NEC ECC Option A contractsExperience with DCO-constrained projectsProficiency in:P6 Programme ManagementMicrosoft PowerBI, PowerApps, SharePointCEMAR software experienceCore Competencies:Excellent time management and prioritisationStrong communication skills – both verbal and writtenCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal and influencing abilitiesUnderstanding of GDPR and confidentiality protocols Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a national mega project that will shape the UK’s energy future.
