Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and the provision of dietetic intervention to children referred to the Community Paediatric Dietetic Service in agreed locations. The post holder will support parents, clients and other professionals in all issues related to client management including training as appropriate. The post holder will be responsible for the co-ordination of referrals to the community Dietetic service. The post holder will manage the caseload for the specialist dietetic service to children with complex needs.
