Salary: £65,000 – £68,000 + bonus
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales performance across a portfolio of care homes in the North of England and Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader with experience in multi-site sales growth, commercial strategy, and team development.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will:
• Develop and deliver annual and quarterly sales plans to drive occupancy, revenue, and fee growth.
• Work with Operations Directors and finance teams to set and achieve clear sales targets.
Provide hands-on support to new build and occupancy-challenged homes, boosting sales performance.
• Track and report on sales pipelines using Salesforce, ensuring strong compliance from enquiry to conversion.
• Coach and develop Home Managers (HMs) and Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) to improve conversion rates and enhance sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing to test new strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
Support and deliver sales training programmes to build capability and consistency across the team.
• Analyse competitor activity to optimise pricing and positioning.
About You

• A strong track record of delivering sales growth and hitting targets in a multi-site environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Strategic vision combined with a hands-on approach to sales management.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
