The purpose of the Team Coordinator is to support the delivery of an effective jewellery repairs operation through coordination of production workload, provision of reporting, product tracking, communication handling and administration of internal platforms.

The Team Coordinator will play a critical support role within the Birmingham Service Centre, helping the Supervisor deliver a scalable and agile repair function which meets quality and service targets. Working closely with the technical and administration teams, the job holder assists with operational control, ensuring visibility of workload progress, and upholding quality standards through administrative and task-based execution. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist with daily allocation and logging of repairs and job queues.

  • Support internal communication via team huddles and updates.
  • Participate in quality check routines as directed and log any variances.
  • Liaise with store teams to confirm repair status or resolve minor queries
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety and security protocols.
  • Support the maintenance of compliance with uniform and metal-free policies.
  • Support onboarding and training logistics for new team members.
  • Act as first-line support for queries in Supervisor absence or as delegated.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven ability to provide accurate and efficient administration and operational support, ideally gained in a service-oriented, target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrable customer service mindset with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Outlook, and Excel (basic to intermediate).
  • Proven ability to plan and organise a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy in the completion of tasks.
