Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver – Trunking
Day Shift & Night Shift Rotas available
We are urgently seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for regular work based out of Boston. The role involves running solo to the loading site, collecting the load, transporting it to the delivery destination, tipping, and either repeating the process or returning to site. Drivers are responsible for ensuring all loads are securely and correctly strapped, carrying out and recording all necessary vehicle checks, and maintaining clear communication with the transport office throughout their shift. Work is available Monday to Friday, with either day and night shifts offered depending on driver preference. Part-time drivers are also welcome, and flexible scheduling can be arranged. Optional weekend overtime available during peak times.
Pay Rates
Days
Monday to Friday – £17.00 PAYE / £21.50 PAYE (UMBRELLA)
Weekend premium rates apply for all shifts Sat & Sun
Nights
Monday to Friday – £18.00 PAYE / £22.50 PAYE (UMBRELLA)
Weekend premium rates apply for all shifts Sat & Sun
Requirements
At least 2 years UK Class 1 driving experience (essential)
Full UK driving licence with valid C+E entitlement
Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC cards
