Crynodeb
Residential Support Worker (Ofsted) – Provide full-time care for children aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural disorders (EBD) in a registered children’s home. You will ensure their daily needs are met, provide safeguarding and emotional support, and create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards. Work includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins as part of a caring team.
