Are you a driven and adaptable professional with a strong background in aviation security? We're looking for a hands-on Manager to support our Business Operations, leading and expanding our aviation security services across multiple sites.
This is a dynamic, all-rounder role - perfect for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, manage daily operations, travel between sites, liaise with clients and help grow the business.
About the Role:
As our Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth and compliant running of our operations. You'll support senior leadership, maintain client relationships, ensure high service standards and seek opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across airports and client sites
Ensure compliance with DfT/CAA and industry regulations
Provide support with planning, reporting and strategic tasks
Maintain and build strong client relationships
Attend client meetings and site visits - acting as the face of the company
Help identify and secure new contracts and business opportunities
Provide staff supervision, training oversight and on-site support as needed
Travel between multiple sites (must be flexible and mobile)
You'll need:
Proven experience in aviation security (Supervisor or Manager level preferred)
Strong understanding of DfT/CAA regulations and compliance standards
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset - ready to step in wherever needed
