Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment
Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain inventory levels as necessary while minimising waste
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations
Collaborate with the kitchen management team to enhance overall guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in a bar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and development
Previous hospitality experience is highly desirable
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high service standards
Exceptional communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
