We are a busy, friendly team and we are seeking someone with high standards of accuracy and attention to detail, who is keen to help make a positive difference to the student experience.
You will be a confident communicator, using email, online forms and the telephone to field enquiries from students, colleagues across the University and from other external organisations, including our partners overseas. You will process high volumes of enquiries, keep accurate and up to date records, including maintaining student records, ensuring you are adhering to data protection policies, University regulations and procedural deadlines.
This varied role will appeal to someone seeking an administrative role with a difference, working on-campus to pack and prepare papers and material for examinations scheduled throughout the year.
