Operations Support Executive - Motor Trade | Knaresborough
£33,000 per annum | Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm | Free On-Site Parking

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Support Executive to join a well-established asset management team within the motor trade sector, based in Knaresborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with motor trade admin experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and managing lease agreements and documentation

Liaising with lenders, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression

Tracking vehicle deals from sale to handover

Maintaining accurate client and vehicle records

Supporting compliance, finance, and stock control processes

Delivering high levels of internal and external customer service

Requirements:

Experience in motor trade administration

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work in a busy, deadline-driven environment

Full UK driving licence

Familiarity with DVLA systems, leasing compliance, and vehicle documentation processes

What's on offer:

£33,000 per annum

Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am-5:30pm)
