About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Partners Manager to join our digital team. Reporting to the Paid Media Lead, you’ll manage and grow affiliate partnerships to support lead generation and business growth. The role involves budget oversight, performance tracking, and close collaboration with marketing, compliance, and digital teams. Strong Excel skills are essential for analysing data and driving results.
This role suits someone confident with data, skilled in relationship management, and motivated by performance. You’ll be organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting. If you enjoy problem-solving and have a strong commercial focus, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a closed group of affiliate partners, with plans to expand.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
• Monitor weekly and monthly performance, including leads, revenue, and cost of sale.
• Ensure all affiliate activity is compliant with legal, GDPR, and brand guidelines.
• Manage one direct report and support their development.
• Work with senior stakeholders to manage budgets and forecast lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise channel performance and identify growth opportunities.
About You
• Experience managing an affiliate program in a B2C or lead generation environment.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage publisher/affiliate relationships.
• Strong understanding of budget management and performance forecasting.
• Experience in people management and team development.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
