We're on the lookout for a Construction Site Coordinator to be the backbone of our brand-new site in Ramsgate. You'll be the go-to person for suppliers, contractors, and site team, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role that offers competitive pay, consistent hours, and the chance to be part of an exciting new project.
What You'll Do-
Keep the site running with efficient admin support.

Contact suppliers to confirm delivery times and track equipment arrivals.

Order essential materials and supplies to ensure no delays.

Manage contractor sign-in/out and maintain site records.

Carry out site inductions for new staff and contractors.

Issue permits and ensure health & safety compliance at all times.

Be the first point of contact,clear, professional, and assertive communication is key.

Previous experience in a construction site setting.

Strong communicator with excellent people skills.

Computer literate and confident with MS Office / site systems.

Knowledge of health & safety processes.

Organised, detail-driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

Professional and confident phone manner.

Competitive hourly rate: £13.50 - £15.00 (DOE).

Steady daytime hours - Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm.
