We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our team on a 3-week project in Durham, with the potential for ongoing work.

Role Details:

  • Carry out 1st fix, 2nd fix, and ironmongery

  • Work on void HMO refurbishments

  • Ensure a high-quality finish to meet project standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in joinery (1st fix, 2nd fix & ironmongery)

  • Own tools & transport

  • CSCS card preferred (not essential depending on experience)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
