Supervise and take responsibility for the day-to-day planning and co-ordination of the designated clinical area/section of the department, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure continuity of the service. This will include all aspects of the clinical, scientific & technical work, staff management, equipment and quality system as directed. To report to the Head of Clinical Genomics on a regular basis To ensure the timely and efficient provision of core and technologically complex analytical/diagnostic service.
