Quantity Surveyor (Remediation Projects) - Waltham Cross
Location: Waltham Cross
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

A well known main contractor are expanding their Remediation Surveying team and are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join their Waltham Cross office.
About the Role
You will play a key role in a dedicated remediation team currently managing 68-72 legacy projects. The focus is to ensure all developments meet the latest safety and compliance standards, following post-Grenfell regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing procurement and cost control for remediation works.
- Reviewing existing builds and coordinating remedial actions (e.g. removing brickwork or cladding and reinstating with compliant materials).
- Supporting Type 2 internal works such as ceiling removals, fire stopping, and safe reinstatement.
- Leading procurement end-to-end including cost reporting, variations, and contractor management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in procuring and managing façade or cladding packages.
- Strong commercial management skills with full procurement lifecycle experience.
- Ability to deliver accurate cost reports and work independently.
- A self-motivated and mature approach, comfortable taking ownership of projects.
