We are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Operative to deliver a consistent and high-quality service in line with company standards and contract specifications. The role requires full compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, including safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire safety, and COSHH. A key focus will be ensuring client satisfaction through maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, schedule, and deliver all operational, planned, and reactive activities in line with statutory requirements, maintenance specifications, and SLA response times.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company/client procedures, and governing body standards.
  • Escalate issues to the Facilities Manager in line with agreed escalation processes.
  • Build a strong understanding of client objectives and support their delivery.
  • Assist in developing operational procedures, emergency plans, and contingency measures to drive best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment by applying 5s and LEAN principles, while actively engaging in Sodexo initiatives and communications.
