Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Contract Administrator for our client based in Glasgow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Building Services company in a permanent role, supporting a busy service desk. The Contract Administrator will play a vital role in the smooth coordination of both planned and reactive maintenance works, while delivering high-quality administrative support across the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, plan, and schedule PPM and reactive maintenance activities
Act as the central point of contact between clients, engineers, and management
Process timesheets, expense claims, and holiday requests accurately
Raise and manage purchase orders for engineers and suppliers
Support the preparation and issuing of quotations
Oversee company vehicle scheduling, including MOTs and servicing
Maintain Health & Safety records and documentation
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the internal operating system
Provide general administrative support to the wider management team
Skills & Experience:
Experience in a similar role such as Helpdesk, Scheduling, or Contract Administration within FM, Maintenance, or Building Services
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with IFS or similar job management systems is desirable
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Offering:
Salary of £26,000 – £28,000 per annum depending on experience
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm
