About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you’ll be working with adults who have learning disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible and ensuring they receive the best care in a supported environment.

By joining us, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of the individuals we support, providing them with the tools and care they need to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide assistance with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
• Support individuals in social activities and community engagement
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure care plans are followed
• Collaborate with families, health professionals, and other support workers

Who We’re Looking For
• Experience in a care/support role is preferred but not essential
• A caring, empathetic, and patient approach to supporting individuals
• Excellent communication and team-working skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
