Plus, generous benefit including: • 43 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures) • Generous Occupational Pension SchemeAbout the roleIn this dynamic role, you’ll provide high-quality personal guidance, coordinate group CEIAG activities, and play a key role in delivering careers events and employer engagement. You’ll work closely with curriculum teams, the Progress Team, and external partners to enhance the employability and personal development of our students and apprentices. The role includes providing careers advice and guidance, developing employer links, and contributing to the wider implementation of the Gatsby Benchmarks, National Careers Strategy and other quality standards across the College.About the PersonWe’re looking for someone who combines proven experience of working with students in an educational setting with a solid understanding of CEIAG frameworks. You’ll be a confident communicator, an excellent organiser, and a true team player - able to build strong relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external partners.If you already hold a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development, you’ll start on our Grade 6 pay scale. If not, you’ll begin at Grade 5 while undertaking the apprenticeship programme to gain this qualification - with full support from us every step of the way.You’ll be comfortable using IT systems, well-versed in local labour market information, and passionate about helping young people navigate their career options from first steps to final decisions. Above all, you’ll be committed to the best outcomes and destinations for our students, and your own continuous professional growth.About the CollegeA college with an excellent track record for quality, we're amongst the top performers in the region.
