About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Worker to join our team. You will be providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their wellbeing, dignity, and independence are at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver person-centred care to residents in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Encourage independence and engagement in social and recreational activities.
• Work as part of a supportive team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Accurately maintain records and follow safeguarding procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a care role (desirable but not essential).
• Kind, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to upholding dignity, respect, and choice for residents.
