Job Title- Site Manager
Location- Huddersfield
Salary- £50,000-£55,000 plus car allowance
Are you a site manager with social housing experience? Have you worked across a mixture of planned works and pride yourself in delivering contracts to the highest standard?
We are working with an established property services contractor that are looking for a site manager for a long term project in Huddersfield.
They are delivering all planned works om mid-rise properties, from fire doors to kitchen and bathrooms to solar PV.
As site manager, you will;
- Be responsible for all planned works programs
- Ensure strict health ans safety policies and procedures and maintained
- Complete works within set time frames to the highest standards
- Manage both internal staff and sub-contractors, and ensure that everyone on site is appropriately inducted
As site manager, it is required that you;
- Have site manager experience overseeing a mixture of social housing, planned work contracts
- Construction Management Qualifications
- SMSTS
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a full clean license
As site manager, you will receive;
- Starting salary of £50,000-£55,000 dependent on experience
- £3,500 car allowance or vehicle lease with salary sacrifice
- Up to 10% annual bonus based on company performance
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday
