Focused on casual dining, our venue offers a welcoming space for guests to relax, connect, and enjoy great food and drink in the heart of the city.

You will assist in leading a dynamic team, ensuring smooth service delivery across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events, while upholding our brand’s high standards and laid-back hospitality ethos.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting in the delivery of friendly, efficient, and consistent food & beverage service across the restaurant and bars.

  • Ensuring guest safety and satisfaction by maintaining rigorous hygiene and cleanliness standards.

  • Supervising daily operations, including breakfast service and evening trade, helping the team anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.

  • Leading by example, supporting team training, and creating a motivating environment where staff feel valued and empowered.

  • Building relationships with guests and encouraging repeat visits by delivering a warm, personalised experience.

  • Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager and Hotel Leadership Team to introduce new ideas and drive operational improvements.

  • Managing stock levels, helping to control costs, and contributing to the effective delivery of departmental P&L targets.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, or a strong background in food & beverage supervision, ideally in a casual dining or hotel setting.

  • A passion for hospitality and an interest in creating great guest experiences.

  • Strong people skills and a positive, approachable manner.

  • A supportive leadership style, with experience in coaching and motivating front-of-house teams.

  • Tech-savvy and confident using modern hospitality systems to support service efficiency.

  • Detail-orientated and organised, even in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.

  • Flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure – with a good sense of fun and team spirit.

Perks & Benefits
  • Discounts across retail, restaurants, and entertainment.

  • Access to the Cycle-To-Work & Technology Salary Sacrifice Scheme.

  • Onsite gym access to help you stay active.

  • Employee rate travel across our international brand family – with destinations across the globe.

  • Complimentary meals while on shift.

  • Career progression opportunities throughout the UK and internationally.

  • Uniform provided for your convenience.
