Join us as an Advanced Practitioner in Lambeth. Are you a compassionate and motivated individual who wants to change people's lives? Our team in Lambeth is looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. This requirement is due to the nature of the role, which involves work with our vulnerable women cohort to engage them in treatment (including working in women only spaces). The role requires an individual who can effectively understand and support the needs of women who may have experienced gender-specific challenges. At Lambeth, WithYou works closely with the lead provider, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and partners, Phoenix Futures and Way Through providing free and confidential support to adults experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. As an Advanced Practitioner you will work collaboratively with the Service Manager, Team Leaders, Operations Managers and our partner organisations, to ensure clear communication and meet the delivery needs of this service to support our clients to achieve positive outcomes. This post requires excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently. You will support staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding, with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales. The position is full time and fixed term until 10/09/2026. The salary is £30,390 - £41,700 per annum (this is inclusive of a Inner London Weighting payment of £4,000 per year).
