Sales Administrator – Main Dealer
Leatherhead | £30,000 per annum | Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Are you an organised, detail-focused professional looking for your next opportunity in the motor trade? Our established main dealer in Leatherhead is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team and play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our busy sales department.
What you’ll be doing:
Processing all sales administration accurately and efficiently
Managing vehicle orders, invoices, and documentation in line with dealer and manufacturer standards
Liaising with the sales team, finance companies, and customers to ensure everything runs seamlessly
Maintaining accurate records and databases, with a keen eye for compliance and detail
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a Sales Administrator role within a main dealer or motor trade environment (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and a process-driven approach
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
Confident IT skills and the ability to pick up dealership systems quickly
A proactive, positive attitude and a strong team player
