Crynodeb
To act as expert advice for adult safeguarding activity within the Trust, both in the acute and the community settings. This will include Deprivation of Liberties Safeguards (DoLS)/ Liberty Protection Safeguards (LPS) and the Mental Capacity Act (MCA). The post holder will support the development and review of adult safeguarding policies, guidance and training packages in line with relevant legislation and the Adult Safeguarding Roles and Competencies for Health Care Staff (2018) The post holder will contribute to developing, monitoring and maintaining robust adult safeguarding arrangements and data collection to support internal and external assurance processes.
