Crynodeb
You will act as a resource to the DN service supporting the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of evidenced-based nursing care. You will work with TVN colleagues to lead the development of clinical services within the specialist field. You will participate in service development and implementation of change. You will evaluate research data and transfer relevant innovations across the borough. Your role will be a Tissue Viability resource for the population of Warrington.
