We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team at 25 Cross Street, Wakefield, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities
• Assist individuals with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication
• Promote independence and facilitate participation in social and community activities
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure up-to-date documentation
• Work as part of a collaborative team, liaising with families and healthcare professionals
• Support residents in their daily routines, ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing
Who We’re Looking For
• Experience in a similar support or care role is ideal, but not essential
• A caring, patient, and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
