Looking to work for a Tier 1 contractor specialising in Social Housing refurbishment?
Do you have experience leading a team through planned works such as Kitchen & Bathrooms schemes?
This could be the role for you.

Key aspects of the role:
Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily external and internal refurbishments, to produce seamless results for local authorities.
- Overseeing the works, leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
- Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
- Using your knowledge of Kitchens & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, EWI, Solar and more.
What you'll need:
- Strong experience in Social Housing - primarily refurbishment, not new build
- CSCS Card
- Level 4
- SMSTS
- Scaffold Inspection
- Asbestos Awareness
- First Aid at work
- UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
