We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential support for the Employer Partnerships and Business Development Team.
The team’s focus is supporting employers to meet their recruitment and workforce development needs. This not only provides the employers with an exceptional service, but also supports the university with meeting targets for recruitment to apprenticeship and professional development programmes and employability opportunities for undergraduate and post graduate students.
This role will involve assisting with various operational processes such as maintaining databases and enquiry management systems ensuring the consistency and integrity of information; producing routine Labour Market Intelligence reports and statistical information as required; assisting with the collation and uploading of data and information in support of bids and tenders and employer and contract reporting; managing shared email inboxes and sending routine correspondence.
You will have a can-do attitude, with great communication skills and will be able to liaise with employers and staff members. You will enjoy juggling various tasks and be able to prioritise effectively.
